Responsibilities
- Designing our websites and web pages with a focus on usability, interaction and conversion.
- Designing online newsletters, banners, online ads and online business presentations while working closely together within our Webdevelopment team.
Requirements
- Relevant training at pre-university level.
- Two years of relevant and demonstrable work experience in a similar function.
- Mastering Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with Flash is an advantage.
- Knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Web standards and Web scripting.
- Able to create stylish designs that fit within the House style and can be converted by our Webdevelopment team into practical navigation structures and web templates.
- Creativity and awareness of the latest web trends.
- Good communication skills combined with flexibility.

Dans le cadre de l'expansion du service de ventes directes dont font partie les spécialisations webdevelopment, webdesign, webcontent, webanalytics et online marketing (B2C), nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste expérimenté SEA / online marketeer.
La fonction
En tant que spécialiste SEA, vous êtes responsable de l'organisation, l'analyse, la gestion et l'optimisation des campagnes francophones SEA en France et en Belgique. Vous mesurez les résultats et les résumez dans un rapport accompagné de recommandations que vous remettez au Direct Marketing Manager. Vous êtes responsable du budget des campagnes et les orientez en vue des résultats. Vous consultez et coopérez étroitement avec les spécialistes SEA parlant d'autres langues ainsi qu'avec un bureau conseil externe et partagez vos connaissances avec le reste de l'organisation. Vous contribuez en outre à l'amélioration de la position de SEO, dans le domaine de l'établissement de liens et du contenu possible.
Qualités requises
- Vous avez au moins trois ans d'expérience en tant que spécialiste SEA et une connaissance approfondie de Google Adwords et Yahoo Search et avez l'habitude de travailler avec des budgets substantiels.
- Vous êtes familiarisé avec l'analyse et l'intervention en matière de CPO, CTR et rapport coûts/chiffre d'affaires.
- Vous avez le français comme langue maternelle.
- Vous avez des connaissances en matière de SEO ou êtes disposé à approfondir cette question.
- Vous travaillez de façon indépendante, prenez des initiatives, faites de la qualité une priorité et avez le sens du commerce.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe, êtes social et flexible.

Le département Gestion de Produit est responsable de l'achat et de la gestion de maisons de vacances en Europe, ainsi que de la gestion des relations avec les propriétaires de maisons. Nous recherchons pour diverses régions en Europe des agents indépendants (« freelance ») qui se chargent sur place de l'achat de maisons de vacances.
La fonction
- Rechercher et acquérir des maisons de vacances dans une région spécifique ;
- Etablir des offres et effectuer des calculs de prix et de rendement ;
- Négocier des contrats avec les propriétaires de maisons de vacances privés ;
- Traiter correctement l'ensemble des données afférentes aux maisons de vacances dans le système informatique ;
- Evaluer, surveiller et améliorer la qualité du produit ;
- Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les propriétaires de maisons de vacances ;
- Vous rendez compte de vos missions au directeur régional (« Area Manager »).
Qualités requises
- Niveau de réflexion et de travail : école professionnelle supérieure, affinité avec le tourisme et l'automatisation ;
- Expérience commerciale avérée : 5 ans minimum ; expérience dans le domaine administratif ;
- Connaissances et affinité avec le produit « maisons de vacances » ;
- Vous êtes domicilié(e) dans ou près d'une région touristique ou vous êtes disposé(e) à vous établir dans la région en question ;
- Excellent réseau au sein du secteur touristique dans la région concernée ;
- Vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances de la langue et de la culture en question, tant par oral que par écrit ;

- Aptitude à formuler et à communiquer clairement et correctement, tant par oral que par écrit ;

The Product Management department is responsible for contracting holiday homes in Europe as well as supervising and keeping a good contact with the house owners. As a freelance agent you will have to get new contracts within the area where you actually live.
This job is a freelance position which means that the fee is commission-based. There is no monthly or guaranteed salary.
Responsibilities
- Make some researches in order to get new contracts in your touristic region. - Set up offers to potential house owners make price and yield calculations
- Negociate with private holiday home owners
- Correctly process the information concerning the holiday home in our IT system
- Review, supervise and improve the quality of our product
- Set up and maintain a good relationship with the holiday home owners
- Report to the Manager Contracting
Requirements
- Living in or close to a touristic region, or willing to settle in such a region
- Excellent communication skills
- You are in possession of a car

You report directly to the Sales Coordinator stationed at our head office in Amsterdam.
Primary responsibilities
- Present and sell the I-Rent Software and services fully dedicated to current and potential clients (according to mutual defined targets).
- Create business plan for total Sales of I-Rent in France (be able to become an expert within your market in two months).
- Identify sales prospects and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Coordination and communication with appropriate company staff and Support department.
Additional responsibilities
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching and managing (new) sales representatives for France.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, telemarketing events, fairs etc..
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
Knowledgde and skills requirements
- Arithmetic and analytic skills required. These are normally acquired through academic studies or equivalent.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
- Be experienced in leading and motivating a Sales force team.
